The snow returns.

Cream Dhubh, Beinn Eighe with snow!
Southern aspect of Liathach are a bit scoured. This photo was taken later in the day by which time sunshine and the rise in day light temperatures had thawed the lower slopes. The freezing level is forecast to remain around 400- 500 metres but with the winds backing around the compass rose to become strong Northerly by tomorrow night. The cold spell may well remain.
