Glimpses of the hills

Not much to see today. Low cloud limited visibility with only occasional glimpses of the hills, also not a lot of snow left to see as shown in todays photos.
With overnight rain and mild temperatures the snow loss is continuing at speed. Photos show what remains in the Northern corries on Liathach. Looking optimistic for a return to colder conditions from midweek.
South-East aspect of Stuc a Choire Dhuibh Bhig, Liathach
Coireag Dubh Beag, Liathach. Even the gully at the back of the coire (Access Gully) is broken.

Sgurr Dubh on the left with its top in the cloud, Sgurr nan Lochain on the right was the site of yesterdays observations. Significant snow loss since yesterday.
