More snow
12th April 2023
Overnight snow fell above around 850 metres with the snowline dropping slightly during the day. Gale force winds and blizzard conditions on the summits made it a challenging day.
Not a good day for photos but a few from my trip up Creag Dhubh, Beinn Eighe below.
Low cloud spoiling the view today. This looking up the Allt a’ Chuirn. On a clear day there’s a good view of the East end of Beinn Eighe from here.
Limited visibility looking down the East ridge of Creag Dhubh…
