New Years Eve

The snow is back, such a transitions from the rain and sleet of yesterday. It has been cold and windy with hard trail breaking on our paths in the deep snow.
Poor visibility as I left the car heading into Coire an Laoigh, Beinn Eighe this morning.
Within twenty minutes it cleared up and views were reasonable. There had been quite a bit of redistributed snow.
Even some sunshine, the Ptarmigan seemed to enjoy it!
and by lunch time Liathach had some clouds on its summits again, as you can see the snow is back and the roads are icy!
