Cold and Windy

26th December 2021

With the low freezing level and fresh East-South-East winds it felt very cold on the hill today. Icicles are beginning to form. There is a thin covering of snow form 600 metres upwards, and wind exposed aspects are quite scoured. Nice travel conditions as long as you are well wrapped up!
