A much milder day in Torridon with early afternoon temperatures reaching plus 6c in the glen. The freezing level rose briefly towards the summits before falling later.

Below, the South facing slopes of Liathach ridge from Glen Torridon.

Below, a more unusual view of Liathach from the war memorial in Torridon village. Significant accumulation of snow in the South facing gully leading to Mullach an Rathain. The effects of the warmer temperatures today are clearly seen with the black of the buttresses emerging.
