Cold and clear with wonderful views.

18th December 2019

There was black ice (verglas) on the road this morning with only a trace of snow. Roads were slippy but the snow plough drivers with their gritting trucks had it sorted out in no time at all. A windy day on the tops which felt very cold with the wind chill. There was much poorer visibility by the afternoon.
