Strong winds and a dusting of snow.

Wednesday morning saw a light dusting of new snow in Torridon but visibility was often poor. Strong winds and heavy showers of hail cleared by early afternoon.

Still very little snow. The most appears on North East facing slopes on Beinn Eighe. With heavy rain forecast for Wednesday evening the hills could look blacker again on Thursday.
The few deeper patches are high up on sheltered North East aspects.
Nice to see the sun and some blue sky later in the day.
