The Full Wash Cycle!

7th March 2015

Torrential rain, strong winds and very mild in the North West. Snow confined to patchy old drifts below 700m, but still localised significant amounts of snow higher up. Rain forecast to ease overnight with the onset of colder conditions and small amounts of fresh snow above 400m tomorrow. The burns are spectacular running off the hillsides, looking like forked lightning with flooding in the straths.
