WetWetWet

6th March 2015

‘Hold Back The River’ was my WetWetWet head tune today! A double jacket wet underpants day with storm force winds buffeting us around Coire an Laoigh on Beinn Eighe. With rain to over the summits and cloud base around 700m it  was particularly unpleasant.

Vanishing snowpack at lower levels. This was as good as it got!

Then it got worser! End of photos.

Mark, those wet underpants you refer to……..the west coast SAIS boys have been using weapons-grade undercrackers for many a long year. Utterly bomb-proof…and they keep the water out! You Cairngorm-istes have much to learn!

Yes, I’m out on the hill again tomorrow so will feel your pain too…..

    Best.
