Dry and settled conditions.

26th March 2018

A wonderful day in the Northern Highlands, light winds with some clouds on the higher summits. There was some drifting last night (- pease do read the report) but it has all settle down and since this morning, it has been a great day to be in the hills.

Sgurr Ban, Sgurr nan Fhir Duibhe and Crag Dubh, Beinn Eighe first thing this morning.

Temptation on Beinn Bhann – surely one of the most dramatic of our Highland coires.

Wonderful views to the West from Bealach Na Ba, -  Isle of Skye and the Cullin.  The hill loch Dithrean na Cuilaine (in the centre of the picture) is frozen.

Liathach was hidden by some cloud although good snow cover is visible on tops.
