Low cloud, light winds and light snowfall persisted through the morning, but clearing by mid afternoon to reveal a winter landscape! There is a good covering of snow on all aspects generally above 300 metres. With changing wind directions and variable amounts of fresh snowfall during the previous 24hrs, there are areas of windslab on a range of aspects from North East through South East to West, mostly on steep slopes above 800 metres.
