Another wonderful day!

25th February 2018

A day of low winds, dry, clear and cold. There were icy paths first thing this morning and once on the snow which is around 470 metres the surface was crusty and hard requiring crampons to make any progress. As the sun shone the snow surface softened slightly later.

Some surface sloughing on sun exposed slopes.

All around the views were great, this is looking in a generally easterly direction.

and towards Slioch

Creag Dhubh, Beinn Eighe in all its glory!
