Lovely weather and a fair bit of snow

A sunny day with light winds makes a nice change to the last few days. A fair bit of snow about with some deep drifts. You can make out a large group making their way up Coire Laoigh on Beinn Eighe in the bottom right of the picture
Some small cornices on the east ridge of Creag Dhubh. Being Eighe. Â On the south side of the connecting ridge to Sgurr nan Fhir Duibhe there has been some cornice collapse and small sloughs.
A very easy shear of the top layer of slab at the pit site. In more sheltered locations and at a higher altitude this top layer will be deeper.
