Visibility at last!

26th December 2024

After several days of poor visibility and very strong winds, today was a welcome change. The cloud base was above the summits, winds were light and it was dry. This enabled me to see into the upper coires and along summit ridges. As you can see from the photos below not much snow has survived the latest thaw.
