A Brightening Day

More of the same. Low cloud and drizzle, mainly confined to the hills, brightened later to give a largely dry, warm and bright day. The snowpack continues to thaw at all levels and diminish in extent due to the very mild conditions.

Cloud on Beinn Liath Mhor Fannaich. Some brightness by late morning over the Fannaich hills. Patchy snowpack, particularly at lower elevations. Loch Sgeireach is at 526m.

Looking across to the southern aspects of the Beinn Dearg hillks. Cloud base around 700m.

No snow below 600m in this photo.
