Mild, Windy, Cloudy and Dry

3rd January 2016

Very little snow remains - mostly patchy above 850m with bits n bobs below. More of the same for tomorrow and in fact not much change over the next few days.

South side Liathach. The best of the day in the morning with holes of blue, but ‘not enough to  patch a sailor’s guernsey’!

IMGP5682 Stitch (800x122)

The ‘snowless’ northern corries of Liathach, Ben Alligin and Beinn Dearn in the background.

IMGP5693 (800x359)

The ‘snowy’ aspect of the Achnashellach mountains.

IMGP5697 (800x400)

IMGP5698 (800x361)

Very similar conditions in the Fannich mountains, on Beinn Dearg and An Teallach.
