Lovely Summer Day

Fine day really, with a few light rain showers milling around. Even less snow then yesterday and the overnight dusting of fresh snow vanished shortly after dawn. Good sharp views though. A wild night forecasted but cooling to blustery snow showers tomorrow afternoon.
The stripped Fannich mountains from Beinn Eighe.
Even less snow in Coire an Laoigh, Beinn Eighe, and on Liathach.
Ptarmigan loathed to move off its patch of snow!

The most snow in the Torridon Hills? Sgurr nan Fhir Duibhe, Beinn Eighe.
