Mild and Wet

28th February 2015

A dreich day! The showers ‘merged’ into constant light rain with pulses of heavier precipitation thrown in for good measure. Cloud base hovered around 6-700m and the freezing level rose to 900m by early afternoon. Fresh snow accumulations only on the higher tops along with strong SW winds.
