Another day of gale force winds. There was just a trace of snow in the glen first thing and the occasional light snow shower here at Kinlochewe. Later today we can expect much heavier showers. These will be light around the Torridon hills and may even peter out by tomorrow afternoon, further inland much heavier showers are forecast for the period.

At my snow profile site this morning, two stubborn shears in the freshly redistributed snow.

Lots of drifting snow and spindrift.
