A Busy Day in Torridon
27th February 2016
Another crackin day. Very busy in the Torridon mountains with vehicles parked at every access point – 23 vehicles in the main glen park. Groups of folk visible on Liathach and Beinn Eighe ridges – not jealous at all! Another good day expected tomorrow before the weather breaks on Monday.
Alpenglow on Creag Dhubh and Ruadh-stac Beag.
South side Liathach and Beinn Eighe. Single point avalanches visible from the road.

Liathach. Some single point avalanches start immediately below the ridge and gather to a significant size.
Liathach – Coireag Dubh Mor. 4 parties on Poacher’s Fall, 1 on Salmon Leap, 0 elsewhere!
