A brief (?), return to Winter

24th March 2026

Much colder temperatures tomorrow, Wednesday, as we are expecting some snow fall to lower levels, although amounts will not be excessive. Detail of amounts and locations are in the forecast.

A much colder, North-Westerly airflow over the next 24 hours, bringing some snow to lower levels. A slightly calmer day on Thursday with freezing levels rising to above the summits briefly. Then Friday sees dropping temperatures again, with Very Strong Westerly winds.

Not much change on the hills today though.
