All change tomorrow

14th December 2024

A dry spell this morning gave a chance to look a the snow before rain and warmer temperatures arrived in the afternoon. Only a dusting of fresh snow arrived last night with cover very similar to yesterday. There is shallow snow cover on many aspects above 700 metres.  All change tonight and over the next few days, with much milder temperatures and rain, a significant thaw will take place.
