The sun always shines ….

After the early morning fog burnt off, it was another fine day in Torridon. Â High cloud started to build around midday. Â Temperatures still seemed high at midday today, 3.6 degrees at 867m. Â It does look like summer thermals will need to be replace with winter woolies for the next few days.

Above: not too shabby a venue for today’s test site. Â Note the footprint impressions showing that the snow hadn’t firmed up at this stage. Â This is at 867m on an east aspect.
