More white than black today.

Snowy and icy roads today – bit of a shock to the system. Â Very happy to report that winter has well and truly returned to the North West. Â A full day of getting exfoliated by graupel. Â The hills look white and although for the vast majority it won’t survive a big thaw, where the snow has accumulated, it’s definitely building fast.
Rapid cornice building on an East aspect at 680m.  Knee deep – and I’m not a little person.
Looking north west from Meall a’Chaorainn (705m).  Practically the only time the sun came out today.
Eastern end of Beinn Eighe – looking white once again.
