Torridon, pretty much snow free but still wonderful!

A very warm and damp day in Torridon. Valley temperatures reached 11.5c in the middle of the day. As can be seen from the photos we are close to a “no snow” situation in Torridon.
Above; Beinn Eighe from the East end of Dlen Torridon on Thursday morning.
Below; The last remaining snow high in Coire an Laoigh.
Below; The East end of Beinn Eighe, Creag Dubh. This aspect normally has cover that survives prolonged thaws. now however there is next to nothing. It is however only December….so hopefully more snow will come soon.
