Variable visibility, not so bright.

5th March 2022

A day of contrasts, variable visibility, clear then cloudy and so the day went on. Sometimes there were hints of blue sky but here in Torridon it remained cloudy on the tops for a lot of the time. The snow pack is firm and stable with just a hint of new snow above 750 metres.

Variable visibility, cloudy on the tops at times but some occasional views.

Snow cover is mainly above 750 metres.

Beinn Bhann, the cories still have snow but the steeper faces are becoming bare.

Beinn Eighe, Coire an Laoigh and above to Spidean have snow.
