… In like a Lion

1st January 2022

It was +14 degrees in the Glen this morning and +7.2 degrees at the observation site at lunch time.  It was so windy that all the forecasted rain either evaporated or got blown away which was a blessing.  Photos proving that we still have snow patches on high North and East aspects.  Not a lot but better than none.

(centre) Sgurr Mor (1110m) – the 43rd highest Munro and the highest in the Fannichs.

Beinn Liath Mhor Fannaich (954m) – the 210th highest Munro

Flashing signs this morning at Loch Glascarnoch.
