The Scottish Avalanche Information Service issues information to support permitted activity under current Scottish Government guidance. Today was another day of snow showers and poor visibility. There was fresh snow at most levels making trail breaking hard work, however in many locations this snow is shallow and lies on bare rock. Above 750 metres windslab was building in sheltered locations on East through South to South-West aspects.
