A Lucky Break

A miserable walk through Coire an Laoigh onto the top suddenly cheered up with a break in the weather and great views, only to clag back in minutes later. Milder, less snow and not as windy as expected. Drizzle up to 900m for a time! Thin cover but still feels wintery with a little fresh overnight snow and rime higher up. Minor patches of neve still exist.

But then….. Not very wintery Achnashellach hills.
